  Make sure you double-check the address that is printed on the label when sending your package, and double-check with the attendant that the address is the ACTUAL ADDRESS YOU ASKED FOR, not the one that shows up in their system. In my case my package was undeliverable because of an incomplete address. I'm not sure if it was a computer glitch or human error on their part, because I gave the attendant the correct address, corroborated by the person I sent my package to. Their label printer seems to scramble things... Other than getting the address wrong, and thus rendering their service a pain in my arse, customer service was fine.

  Customer service is lacking at this location especially when it comes to issues being resolved. Don't waste time spending your $ here.

  Great local UPS Store. The service is superb and having a parking lot in a busy commercial junction like Flatbush Triangle Junction area is a huge plus.
