  I have been here so many times. It doesn't matter who helps you, they are friendly, efficient, and courteous. ... Been to many other UPS stores this is the best.

  Staff is excellent every time i called or went in person. Clean, well kept shop.

  This review is for a pick up situation: Came there to pick up a package. Provided Customer Service tracking number and was told that my package was not there and that I would have to come back. I told CSR that I was told by UPS to come there and was told nothing can be done. Two stars for poor effort. Walked out of the store not wanting to return.

  I walked in. I was not greeted, and had to get the guys attention. I had found a key in the parking lot so i turned it in. He didn't say anything was not friendly or polite. Then I asked if I could print something by emailing it. The guy working the counter responded with no you have to use the computer which I found out costs you $2.00 a minute on top of the coat for each print. I can't wait for Office max to open again. This was the first time I have experienced such poor customer relations skills. Turns out he was the owner. The owner!!! How is he even in business. Lucky for him office max doesn't ship things.

  Rude, uncooperative, people who cannot or will not attempt to resolve issues. In efficient delivery drivers. Customer service persons lie. Totally getting the run-around, 3 days after my package was supposed to be delivered, and I still do not have it, and was told they don't have any way to contact their driver, and I might get my package today, maybe. It was a priority next day delivery, now it is fourth day. Bunch of liars. Use the US Postal Service.
