  This place is great! I’ve always been treated with care and respect here. They even made me a custom box for a cane that I wanted to send to my dad. It is also really fast service. I’ve never waited longer than ten minutes to be helped. Thanks guys!

  The two times I’ve been here to return Amazon stuff, attention has been prompt and polite. Don’t want to discount others’ experience, and other UPS locations are extremely deficient, but wanted to share this positive experience here.

  This place overcharges and is not clear about prices. They charged me 4.50 to print and scan a single sheet of black and white. They said that the cost was printed on the computer but they didn't warn me about their ridiculous astronomical prices before I printed. 3+ dollars for a single page of printing is highway robbery. Staples charges about .5 - .8 cents per page. Be warned.

  This business is NOT directly affiliated with UPS in spite of their name. I have personally lost 2 packages by entrusting them to this UPS store. Tracking numbers were issued but never given to UPS; I couldn’t even file a claim for my lost materials. There is no accountability here and there is no guarantee that any items shipped at this location will arrive. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.
