::The owner here has refused to take oversized packages on many occasions. Unless you can lift and fit on the counter and get it on the scale he will tell you to take it downtown. You have been warned. โThey should make shipping furniture illegalโ

::Wow! The OWNER (Who others are referring to as the "old man" manager) needs some serious training in how to treat customers! He is the OWNER!!! It's really sad to see ALL the low reviews on Google - guess he doesn't read them!! I was shopping at Bartell in the same shopping center and saw this store. I needed to print a few copies of a legal document on a certain type of paper. So I decided to stop in and inquire. The OWNER standing behind the front counter, ignored me when I walked in and after a minute or so asked if I needed help in a very cold, unfriendly (like, what are you doing in my store) tone. When I said yes, he called for a staff person to help me. I asked if they had the type of paper I needed, the associate did not know - but the very "dry" cold OWNER replied, "Absolutely (hesitate for 2 seconds) NOT!" WOW! He did not offer an alternative - which I'm sure they have something comparable! As I turned to leave, He mumbles after me that HE ONLY HAS PAPER THAT LASTS 200 YEARS! WOW! How ridiculous?? He could've taken 5 minutes time to care to learn what a paying customer came in needing and offer a solution by explaining what his paper is and how it's just as good for the need! He would've made a sale and a potential customer for future business!! Apparently this OWNER does NOT need your business, he's doing fine without you! DON'T Waste your time or his, GO to any one of the other mailbox and/or print shops in the area that need your business and are happy to assist you with whatever your needs might be!!

::If you need to QUICKLY print a SINGLE sheet of paper, THIS IS NOT YOUR PLACE. You have to log in to one of the computers (they charged per minute) and then print (the price per sheet is $ 0.20 but, SURPRISE, there is a minimum charge of $2. So, the ugly truth is that I just paid $2 dollars per printing a single sheet of paper. EXPENSIVE. You will find better deals in a cyber cafe in a small Asian village in the middle of nowhere.

::If you can walk to another UPS/USPS, just do it. I promise myself I won't use this unit services ever again because of the guy, who I've just found out that is the manager there. He's rude and acts like we are asking him huge favors [I feel like bothering someone there, but I'm just a client lol]. Today when I asked him for another single stamp on my letter [because my recipient collects stamps and I told him that] he wouldn't sell me because "he had already finished" [the letter was RIGHT BEHIND HIM] and he kept telling I had to pay for the letters [as if I wouldn't???], since I was still on my time to order something else, he hadn't spent even a minute with me there. He IS extremely rude, I used to think "poor old man working until 7pm" some other days that I've been there, but today at 2pm he was already acting rudely and this is completely unacceptable.
