  Ive had a mailbox here for just about 5 years and I cant say how awesome the folks are that work here. The owner is always helpful and pleasant and its so nice to do business with a place as friendly and knowledgeable as these guys. Never had a lost package, bad attitude, or bad experience. #254 will definitely miss you guys!

  They charge way more than the UPS pricing that they show online. This is the message I got from UPS Customer Service "I do apologize regarding the confusion with this shipment, but unfortunately UPS Store are individually own businesses we are unable to control any additional rates that may be applied to the shipping cost on your package. To avoid this in the future we do advise going to one of our many distribution centers (5601 EISENHOWER AVE ALEXANDRIA, VA 22304) where their pricing will match what is displayed on our website" My package was 2nd day air and Customer service told me that it would have cost me $135.35 if I went to the Distribution Center compared to the $172 that the store charged me.
