  Receiving a package is a painful experience, either they refuse to hold the package or just send it back to the shipper. Incompetence and indifference comes together to this one location.

  Friendly staff. I received the needed service quickly. Note to self and others interested: scanning service at UPS store is $1,50, at Fedex $0,50 and at the DC libarary: free!

  This place is basically a scam. They don't give you the full story and continuously add fees when shipping, after they've taken your package and it's too late. When receiving you call UPS and have them send it to the store and they don't tell you that there is an additional cost for this inconvenience.

  I have to go there frequently for my business. The staff can be brisk but they're always courteous. They're knowledgeable and they've always been helpful to me in finding the best combination of shipping rates and time. They'll also take clean bags of packing peanuts if you have a lot.
