  Bad customer service, they never smile and the skinny young lady have an attitude smh very bad for business!!!

  Love them, they are always polite and anticipate your needs before hand. Never really too busy which is a plus and very attentive. I have to depend on UPS since the USPS is not at all dependable which they are right across the street. Very happy with their service they provide. Glad they are in the area. : )

  Not good at all. Dave was not listening to me. Told him my return could not be bent, he wanted to bend it. I wanted to send it cheaper he gave me the most expensive price. Then on top of all that he was rude and behaved as if I interrupted him.

  The service is great here. I walked in needing to return a bunch of stuff to Amazon, and the thing is, I've never returned something by mail before so I was kind of lost. I needed to print labels, buy packaging, and then seal everything up and get it scanned. A woman named Stephanie helped me with all of this and was just really nice and funny as I kept having to ask these really obvious questions. Don't know what I would have done without her! The printing services are cheaper at FedEx-Kinkos because you print right from the machine while here you have to pay to use a computer to print (at least if you don't have a USB), but the system is easier to use.
