::I overnighted something that was needed the following day and it cost $200. They forgot to send it and didn't notify me that it wasn't sent. My purpose with this review is to let you know as a consumer that if it's very crucial that your item arrive in the time indicated, you may not want to use this company.

::This one is a mixed bag. They are either really helpful or really incompetent. During the week and in the middle of the day, they are great about making sure everything is done correctly. But If you go within a couple hours of close on the weekends, it takes twice as long for them to do anything because they are not so subtly trying to run out the clock. I once spent 30 minutes in line there just waiting to mail an already sealed package while the person working explored 10 different ways to package the same item.

::While at this store, the manager (who also identified himself as the owner) dealt with an irate customer by first adopting a very confrontational attitude and then engaging in a screaming match with her. The customer's poor attitude was certainly out of proportion to her problem but the manager/owner completely missed an opportunity to diffuse the situation with kindness and understanding, opting instead to match his irate customer and allow the spectacle to drive every customer but me from the store. He should consider taking some training in customer service. I will not be returning.
