  The WORST and I would never return ... I spent over $100 dollars in UPS shipping and encountered a major problem. The front desk clerk attempted to help but the owner never followed up and the outcome was just horrible. Zero concern regarding customer's given problem; with his only concern to collecting my money and not make waves. Stay away, stay FAR away since they just didn't care about my shipping problem from their store. If you must use UPS utilize the store on Roslyn Road, just off the LIE - don't go here ( you have been warned).

  If I could rate it 0 I would. The owner/manager/whoever I spoke with (Lachman?) Is the worst person on the planet. Only concerned with making himself money. Doesn't care about the customers at all. Use at your own risk. Or rather don't go here at all.

  Staff is bad and they'll charge you an arm and a leg for any small service. I have to drive down to Manhasset to ship packages at the UPS store there

  They lost my package. I was returning my Amazon Prime textbooks, after i paid i wanted to put it in a box myself but the cashier told me its fine they'll handle it. And behold, 3 of my 4 textbooks never reached amazon and I'm now stick with a $500 bill because of it. Don't trust this place with your stuff, stay as far away as possible!
