  "No Public Notary" should be posted on the door and website! That's what I get for relying on UPS to provide the services that they say they do.

  I have had multiple times when I have been notified that a package is ready to pick up. I arrive, and the employee, Carlos, always says the package is not there and will not look, but when he, does it is there. He also gets mad at you if you ask him to check the back for you. Also called multiple times on Saturday and left messages. No one ever answered or returned my calls. Never send a package here!!! They will only misplace it and get mad at you. This has been multiple times. I ask that management does something about how disrespectful your employees are to customers.

  Possibly the best service I have got from any business so far. Great with handling my goods, print out are on time and in great quality, friendly staff.. i can go on and on. Carlos has been a great help the past 2 years and has handled all my packages with 100% care and professionalism!

  Rather than check my bag on my flight home from Phoenix to Seattle, I shipped my hiking gear - along with some books and and also a large framed photo. Carlos helped me out, got mu box ready to ship and also boxed and wrapped my photo. A few days later, my two boxes arrived safely at my home. Everything was in great condition. Great job by Carlos and the UPS team.

  Carlos and staff efficiently picked up boxes at Booth in convention center after conference closed. Best experience in post meeting return shipping I have had in 16 years of packing up after conferences!!! Thanks for freeing up hours of my day. Pre-arrange before conference is over and you will be thrilled!
