  Great place to hang out and grab a beer and a bite to eat. Food is good and so is the staff. They are friendly.

  Excellent food. Their burgers are a mix of three meats for great flavor and texture. Reservations are recommended as seating is somewhat limited.

  Hidden gem in Bergen county. A great spot for lunch and dinner or just drinks and snacks. Creative American fare. Excellent craft beer list that apparently rotates often. Vinny was a very attentive and friendly bartender. We met the chef and he is going to be on the TV show Chopped this fall! He has great specials and rotates the menu options seasonally. The inside is unrefined but clean. We will definitely be returning to this spot again and again.

  Can't believe it took so long to find this hidden gem. Rustic atmosphere combined with an interesting selection of delicious menu options. Sunday Brunch menu was excellent as was the food. I highly recommend adding this place to your restaurant list.

  I went to Twisted Elm with a group of friends for a “Mom’s Night Out” last weekend and it was the perfect choice! We had such a warm welcome by the staff, including the owner himself. The chef even came out at the end of the meal to chat and ensure a good experience. The food was so delicious - duck fat disco fries (yum), mussels that were so fresh, crispy calamari, and margherita pizza to name a few of the amazing dishes that we chose to indulge in. The bar was hoppin’ and the atmosphere of the dining room was lively - perfect for a group of women just wanting to relax and catch up and have great conversation. We will definitely be back for the impeccable service and excellent food!
