::Worst service ever! We've been here before when it was packed and haven't had a problem...tonight it was empty but had to go up to the bar and order our own drinks even thought we were the only table in the waitresse's section..she waited on us only AFTER another group came in..we ordered wings and fries but finished eating and drinking but still NO FRIES...didnt get upset til I saw another waitress bringing a plate of fries to another table and we still hadn't gotten ours! Won't be going back...too many new places to eat in Detroit now...too bad because we really enjoyed this place in the past

::The moment I walked in the door all I could smell was an overpowering stench of old beer. I was making jokes about how they must mop their floors with beer instead of water. It was pretty bad and the margarita I got was so far from any margarita I'm used to, instead of getting a second I had to settle for a bottle of Corona. I ordered a pizza and they told me it would be a 45 minute wait but it came out in about 30 minutes. The pizza was delicious and the french fries were really good too. The group I was with also enjoyed their hamburgers and the spinach and artichoke dip. The food was all very good but the rest of the experience was not. The restrooms were actually so bad that I decided to just wait and find somewhere else to use one. The stall doors don't even latch to hold them shut. How is anybody supposed to go to the bathroom with the stall door swinging wide open? That's totally ridiculous. The doors are also too far away from the toilet so I couldn't even hold it shut with my foot if I tried. The option for soap to wash your hands was also appalling. There was a dirty BAR of soap on the back of the sink. Yuck! I'd feel more dirty touching a community shared bar of soap in a public restroom than using just a wetnap or hand sanitizer. The mound of dirty dishes behind the bar was rather big and constant. I couldn't imagine how the back kitchen looks if they let the front get so bad. We had to clean off our own table and get a rag from somebody to wipe it down. They were pretty packed and busy being one of the few places in walking distance from the fox theater but they didn't have anybody cleaning off the used tables and they always smell like old beer when you walk in. Again, great food but very very dirty and nobody cares to help the customers. We had to shove our way into a small gap at the bar to ask how do we order anything because the servers were constantly walking passed and ignoring people and not helping anybody.

::Overall the interior is very quaint and relaxing, the drinks aren't too expensive but depending on the bartender it may take a very very very long time to get your drink. If you drink here and you can't order food do not go anywhere near the taco place down the block. Honestly I would only recommend coming here if you have a party of people that want to go here, really wasn't anything special.

::Good was good but or waiter barely had time for us so another waiter came to finish helping and taking our orders I had to find someone just to get a refill.... But the good was very good

::This is a great place to go before a sporting event in downtown Detroit, but you should get there early because it fills up fast. Service used to be an issue but the last 2 times I've been there, we had a server that was very good. The pizzas are excellent and I recommend the Mr. Meaty (if you like meat on your pizza).
