::It used to be quite good house, but after about 2010 it just gets awful. And gets worse and worse every year. A lot of common facilities are closed now. Management treats residents as dirt. Cars are stolen from parking lots, and vandalized by sub-contractors in never-ending "renovations". I called many times and they don't pickup phone or don't return call. After Hurricane Irma (September 2017) Elevator and Air Conditioner do not operate for a whole week. Elderly people almost die in 95 degree heat. Management helps with nothing. To add insult to injury, management towed resident cars and then residents paid $200 to buy their cars back. Stealing from apartments are common. Management don't want to listen to any concern, oral and written. Do I mention that they treat residents as dirt?
