I went with my fiance and was shown all the amenities and everything by josh a sales manager there he was so helpful and knew the answer to every question we had as we'd been looking for a while. We felt so welcome and taken care of by josh that we decided we would call this home. Love the apartments and THANK YOU JOSH! for your patience with all our questions ! I DON'T think I could of put up with all our questions! We can't thank you enough!

I've lived in Carmel Rincon since April and although I loved the first few months, the last few months have been a real challenge. This building is incredibly noisy due to in-building construction that will continue for the next few months (at the least). If you like being woken up every morning at 6-7am or earlier by construction, this is the building for you. If you don't appreciate a construction alarm clock, do not live here. Building management has done nothing to help mitigate the noise and continues to offer lackluster solutions to an incredibly disturbing problem. Don't live here if you want a peaceful and quiet living experience. There are some positives: I love my unit, I have an outdoor space (which is amazing), there are beautiful views of the Bay Bridge from the shared roof deck and some units and the front desk staff is great. However, none of these positives outweigh not being able to sleep on a daily basis due to construction and management doesn't seem to know how to problem solve challenging situations.

A move in nightmare! This is by far the worse move in experience I've had in my life. Literally nothing in the apartment was working. The apartment heater was broken, the shower pump, water heater, freezer,... It has been more than a week and a bunch of those issues are not fixed yet. With the heater being broken for a week, and the apartment getting really cold (Given its location), I got sick. The leasing office demonstrated great negligence and incompetence. They were pretty strict with the move in date and they had the apartment in the worst condition. I've been asking for a refund for my first week rent (as a minimum) and they've been ignoring my request all together. I'll be updating this review as the nightmare at Carmel Rincon continues.

My wife and I have lived at Rincon for over 20 years and we love it. That says a lot. In our 20 years here, never has management and engineering been as finely tuned as it is now. Carissa and her team has turned Rincon into an even more wonderful property than it ever has been before. If I was told that I would have to leave Rincon you might as well be telling me that I would have to leave California. That's how much we love it here.
