  The tile is great, lots to choose from, but don't buy the white grout. Every room we have used that in has turned yellow and had to be painstakingly gone over with a tiny brush and white sealer. Also, don't use any of their recommended tile layers. We have used two and both did a terrible job.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean store. Went in looking for a variety of tile they did not carry. But was still provided with very helpful and informative information.

  I didn't find what I was looking for, but Doug was very helpful and tried his best to help me and give me all the options he had. He listened to what I was looking for and what I needed and walked me throughout the store showing me options. I would recommend stopping through here. There was a decent selection at this store, but I've seen more options elsewhere.

  Do not go here, it is a waste of your time. The place is half empty and you wouldn't think anyone worked there because not a single customer was greeted or helped. I was not the only one walking around with disdain on my face. We all left empty handed with not even a hello. Their loss because I had a whole kitchen and bathroom remodeling scheduled with tile people and needed to buy about 300 tiles and 150 back splashes that day. However, lowes was very excited with my purchases that day

  Michael was such a great help!! He was very professional and knowledgeable. I Would defiantly recommend the tile shop!
