  Very nice place clean and has a wide selection, although the sales are a bit High and they do not offer installing they will give you a list of installers that you must contact and most of the contractors are really busy unless you send them a text showing what you want and a picture of your actual bathroom or kitchen they will not put you on a list to do your install until they know you're serious.

  I'm a contractor. Went to pick up material for homeowners and was given the wrong tile. They claimed that the Plano store had it in stock and that we could just make one trip there to return the wrong stuff and pick up the correct. Once we got to Plano the lady who helped us called us a liar and that's not their policy. The store manager wouldn't even come out to talk to us. We had to back to the Dallas store to return. Will never do business here again.
