  Very busy tonight. VERY LOUD tonight. I would avoid this place on crowded Saturday nights. Something about this place .... very LOUD - hard to hear people talk. My chicken pot pie was underbaked, so it was doughy, not flakey. Chicken pieces in the pie were NOT tender. Also, I thought the pie was not deep enough, and not enough pie crust - no crust pushed over the edge. I did not want to send it back. My fault, my issue. I know they would make it right. but my issue, and It would have taken too long. Also, my friend wanted her salmon well-done and had to send it back and still it was not well done to her satisfaction. She likes it really well done. Maybe it was too noisy to be heard properly. We left to have coffee else where. So no. No need to go back.

  Good atmosphere.. But slow on service. Food is decent....Nothing to write home about. Wait staff tries to be helpful but some are lacking or drop the ball.

  Had a good time. Steak and mashed potatoes were great. Long island ice tea was loaded. I felt it after first one. Had to have another one. Overall good place but nothing stands out about it. Recomended.

  You can always judge a place by how they handle customer service issues... and the Tavern was great tonight! Spinach dip was delicious and the wings are huge and juicy! Most importantly when I didn’t like my drink they changed it without a second thought! This is so appreciated!!! Thank you Caroline... (thin blonde waitress with long hair) you made our date night very pleasant. Thank you! Very happy with the food, drinks, live music ( really good voices!) and great environment... new favorite spot in RVC!

  5 Stars for Outstanding Customer Service. Went in today for brunch and ordered a couple of items. However, my pancakes were undercooked and just notified them, no big deal. However, it was a big deal to manager, staff etc and they fixed it while comping the meal. I didn't request that it be taken off, like I said we ordered a few things. But they went above and beyond, checked our table, refilled coffee and brunch drinks, etc. This was my third time here and will return for future brucnh. Meals were good to add.
