  Horrible company to work for. Better off at the school district. Demanding, controlling & a lot of people with power issues. They sweep harassment under the rug. Passengers run the operators fight and threaten them w no penalty. Its no structure there. You’ll make good money but you will be miserable.

  Some of their drivers need an attitude adjustment. Some give great customer service and are very helpful to those in need. Im not happy that they took out the ticket machine at this location though

  5a for 1:20 never came. 5b for 1:57 came at 2:07! I was on Evans and Arlington st. I Called the number on the bus stop sign to get an exact arrival time..., I got a robot, it asked for the stop #... WHY IS THERE NO NUNBER FOR ME TO PUT IN SO THAT I CAN KNOW THE CORRECT TIME ITS SUPPOSED TO BE HERE? I asked the bus driver when she finally got here what is the stop number so that next time I can call to get an accurate time ...she said I don't know. I Asked her how to get a person on the phone, she said, "you call and it'll say sum sum sum and you press what ever number for the operator" 😑 there is no number to press for the operator,,,she said we'll just let it go through all the options and it'll take you to an operator...I tried that too and the robot hung up on me... Look T bus if I have to enter a stop number to get an accurate time arrival, at least have the number on each bus stop for me to enter..please and have actual humans on your phone lines.

  Completely unreliable. The buses are always late causing you to be late for the next buses. The communication in the buses do not work, so you have to look at street signs to know when the next stop is. The drivers don't know what the next stop is half the time. If you need to work an hourly job, don't use the "T" unless your employer doesn't mind you being late almost every morning. I live 12 minutes from work, but it takes me 2 or 3 hours to get home. The drivers are nice though, I'll give them that.

  The Bus Fares are very cheap and affordable. They think of everything. When I got home from work one night , I saw two bus stop sighns.in front of my apartment complex. I liked seeing the buses passing by my complex.They've made it very convenient for me to catch the bus.
