  Michael O'Reilly is a dedicated professional who genuinely cares about the needs of his patients. He is persevering, compassionate and has an aggressive energy to exceed his goals for you with a "never say die" attitude. I went to him with a reverse shoulder replacement and a year of physical therapy at various PT centers in PA. and NJ. and finally Montvale Spine and Health Care Center was recommended by my orthopedist. I was unable to lift my arm above my shoulder when i first met Mike. Within 2 months he had me reaching above my shoulder and had an increase in my range of motion, I was able to do things that I hadn't been able to do in a year. He is very encouraging and positive and works with you every step of the way. I highly recommend him as a physical therapist as well as the whole team at Montvale Spine who are equally gifted. -Carol Albora

  Had aches and pains in my elbow and hand. After going to The Spine and Health Center of Montvale (SHC) for PT the pain started to go away after a short time. Now my hand and elbow feel great! The whole staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Keri is fantastic! She was able to find the root of my pain (tricep) that wound up going down into my elbow area. After working with her for a few weeks I no longer have the burning pain in my elbow or hand. Keri's program was the perfect plan for rehabbing, she did a great job working on my hand and arm with deep tissue massages. Sabrina also is very friendly and did a great job assisting me with various exercises. Place is very clean and offer a nice selection of coffee, complimentary of SHC. Atmosphere of this place is very welcoming, all team members are very personable, polite and friendly. Due to a scheduling conflict I couldn't work with Keri and worked with Igor and Mike on separate occasions. They knew exactly what I needed to work on and what I needed. I was very impressed with the level of communication amongst the team members. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing any physical therapy.

  Spine and Health in Montvale NJ is absolutely AMAZING and I recommend this place to everyone especially family and friends. The staff are awesome, extremely friendly and funny. If you think physical therapy doesn't work your wrong and definitely need to reconsider I did. Dr. Mike is an outstanding physical therapist he knew exactly what to do to ease my pain and was always asking me how I was doing and making sure I was doing the stretches correctly. I have been in the military for 4 years, police reserve for 2 years, 1 year on the fire department and full time garbage man and college student. I got 2 stress fractures in my lumber spine and to be honest I thought I would have to get surgery and be out of work and all my volunteer jobs but DR. MIKE changed that and it was amazing in about 4 weeks I went from not being able to move and in tears because of the pain to sprinting down drive ways and carrying garbage on my back 12 hours a day PAIN FREE. Its amazing what physical therapy did it CHANGED MY LIFE completely I have no more pain in my back and able to get back to my regular busy life without pain. You are absolutely crazy if you do not consider physical therapy and even crazier if you do not go to Spine and Health in Montvale.

  I would highly recommend the spine and health center to anyone! The staff there is amazing and make you feel, welcome and comfortable from day one! I had the opportunity to work with Dr. Mike, when I started physical therapy in September for my dislocated shoulder. My goal was to be able to golf again, sooner rather than later. Dr. Mike was able to make that happen! Before I was released to go to the driving range, Mike set up a mini golf course right in the office to ensure I was comfortable before going on my own! I’m not sure of many other places or doctors that would do that for their patients! Thank you, Dr. Mike, Danielle and everyone else at the Spine and Health Center for making my time there so enjoyable and my golf swing better than ever!

  I went to the Spine and Health Center of Montvale for back pain. I enjoyed the friendly and knowledgeable staff who will do anything possible to help your treatment go as smoothly as possible. Dr. Mike was great to work with. He is a knowledgeable therapist who knows his craft. He listens and gives you a great understanding of what is going on with your case. He offers practical and helpful solutions to your situation. My pain had substantially subsided after just a few sessions. I highly recommend Dr. Mike. Finally, I must add that every patient that walked in the door was greeted by their first name. It was really refreshing to see clinicians who genuinely know and care about their patients. I highly recommend this facility. Keep up the good work!
