  This is an undiscovered gem in a sleepy McLean, VA neighborhood. The quality of instruction is just stellar, and the clientele are high-end professionals. If you practice yoga at a nearby gym and are a little weary of "gym behavior", give The Source a try. You will wonder why you ever paid for that gym membership. Kathy Low's Ashtanga class is my favorite, but there are no "mediocre' classes or instructors here. Moreover, this is a small business owned by three professional women. It deserves your support and will earn your admiration at every practice.
