::We were just ambling about the Gaslamp area and came upon the Smoking Gun. We had the brisket sliders, the burger sliders and the Mac n Cheese. All of it was fantastic! Great service and fun atmosphere. Highly recommend!

::I reserved a party for 20 people with no problem. Lizzie the event coordinator was very informative and helpful. She set up the table by the time we got there. (Good job Lizzie) She went over my expectations. Lizzie was helping with the food service during the dinner party and answered all my questions. Thank you. Gary our waiter was on top of things and he made our time there more joyful. The food was so bomb! I ordered the fried catfish and spinach salad. Soo delishious. Wonderful place, good vibes and great employees. My first time experience was awesome. I'm coming back soon.

::The food here is amazing. I've been here twice. Don't skip the sides. The attention to detail on something as simple as stuffing, The herbs blended so well with the mushroom gravy you can tell the chef really took his time crafting that flavor profile. The cornbread and butter could not have been prepared any better. The cauliflower and cheese sauce did not disappoint. The craft drinks are delicious. Seriously just go. Find out for yourself how delicious the food is.

::Very friendly and prompt service. My olld fashioned was too sweet. The brisket was fantastically fast and melt in your mouth delicious. But it was also too fatty--and I really like fatty brisket. This was probably 75 or 80 percent fat to meat ratio. If that was just the pieces I got, and you get a more balanced cut--then you're in for a treat because it's really really good meat.
