::My facial pain had been diagnosed as trigeminal neuralgia, but I had a second opinion who said it might be more TMJ related. Dr. Doneskey was able to help lower my pain and custom fit an appliance. Dr. Doneskey is a pleasure to work with. He is personable and friendly. The nurse Azita gives very clear instructions. Their advice for pain really works, and they offer solutions in addition to the custom fit appliance, such as medications and ice instructions. Dr. Doneskey and his team will take care of you and support you along the way. They are always reachable during their office hours.

::I used to wake up with a locked jaw every morning until I visited Dr. Doneskey’s office. They made me a custom nightguard for my grinding and TMJ and it has worked wonders. Every follow up visit they make the necessary adjustments and, on top of that, make me feel WELCOMED. The honest care that Doneskey and staff have for patients is palpable. Can’t say enough!

::I had TMJ related facial pain, jaw clicking and ear ringing for three months straight. I am so grateful for the treatment I received. Everyone was very kind and professional. I really appreciated the time that was taken to explain my symptoms and treatment plan in a thorough and understandable way. I feel a lot better and can even sing karaoke pain free.

::I am immensely grateful I found Dr. Doneskey, the Sleep Apnea and Facial Pain Center, and the Silent Partner Oral Appliance! Dr. Doneskey is dedicated to his patients and giving them exceptional care. I feel heard and seen when I have appointments with Dr. Doneskey. I have been dealing with Temporal Mandibular Joint Disorder (TMJD) for years. Multiple Dentists informed me my best option was to "deal with it" as the surgery to fix the problem is incredibly invasive (jaw wired shut, bones and cartilage drilled into/replaced, etc...) and isn't guaranteed to work. Fast forward to a couple of years ago when I was diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), and I wanted to try an Oral Appliance to help treat my OSA. I was growing increasingly concerned about my TMJD and knew I needed to find an appliance that didn't make it worse. Thankfully, I found the Silent Partner Oral Appliance, which also treats TMJD. My jaw used to pop every time I opened it, and now it doesn't pop at all! Additionally, because the mandibular joint functionality impacts the eustachian tubes, I've had fewer ear infections and aches! I had a full cranial x-ray the last time I went to my regular dentist, and the hygienist pointed to the screen where you could see the worn cartilage of my jaw joints. She said it is a good thing I wear an Oral Appliance every night because I don't want to lose any more cartilage. Thank goodness I found the Sleep Apnea and Facial Pain Center!

::Desperate. Desperate is the best word to describe how I felt when I walked into The Sleep Apnea and Facial Pain Center. I was suffering from extreme TMJ pain. Functioning was almost impossible. The staff was kind, helpful, and understanding when I walked in. Dr. Donesky talked to me about my specific plan and how we would get me feeling better quickly. Within a week or so, I couldn't believe the difference in how I felt. My quality of life improved, and my pain and side effects were fleeting. It has been over a year since I first walked into the office, and I am pain-free. I still have some minor TMJ flare-ups once in a while, but Dr. Donesky and his staff assured me this is normal and may happen occasionally. They have given me the tools (and the orthodontic night guard) to ensure my TMJ pain stays away. I am immensely thankful I found Dr. Donesky and his team when I did.
