  Outstanding experience from start to finish. Jane at 200 Lex showroom was very helpful in choosing the right window treatments in a Manhattan townhouse residence. Her professionalism in this project was much appreciated. David, who did the measurement and the installation is very dedicated to his craft. He also did an excellent job. This project deserves A+++ and is highly recommended.

  First time in my life I write a review. Terrible staff, very unprofessional. Not sure why 3 people rated 5 star this store? Have I been served by the wrong person? Jane Irvine totally disappeared after a purchase of shades for our house. My wife tried to get in touch with her millions of time without success. And after 3 weeks our shades are still not in place. Please choose carefully who is serving you.
