  Worked with Anthony at Port Chester store.. drapes came to me absolutely perfect!! Measurements were spot on as well as the proper fullness.. I didn’t even need the free installation.. literally took them out of box and hung them up... not one wrinkle and they were linen drapes! I’m a forever Shade Store Customer!! Anne Petrocelli

  Everything was PERFECT! We live in a house built in 1798 and needless to say every single window is different in shape and design. Hard to imagine that every single detail of the shades we ordered was so successfully executed but it was. From the perfect measurements to the quality of the construction to the packaging of the shades (they took the time to label the shades as to where they were to go in the house) to the instructions. Remarkable product. I never give reviews but this was a must. Great product!

  My wife and I had a bit of a hard time figuring out what we were going to do for shades until we called The Shade Store. They sent someone out to measure, a nice fellow named Bob, I went to the store to look at some swatches and worked with a nice gal who helped us figure out the right shade/color for each room. The quote was reasonable, actually about $7K less than a local curtain store, thank god, so we ordered them.
