  We love their products! When we bought a brand new modern townhouse a few years ago, it needed to have custom designed modern roller shades. We weren't looking for an okay shade: we wanted to have really nice shades that we wouldn't regret later and to buy another one. Their products are very beautiful and every guests we had gave us compliments on them. Now, we moved to a new house and needed to have roller shades again. Obviously, we went back to The Shade Store! That's how much we love their products. The clerks, especially Debbie, at the store is very helpful and professional. We highly recommend their products.

  We worked with Debbie at The Shade Store over the course of the last few months for roman shades for our living room and a roller shade for a bedroom. Our order was not a large order, but we were incredibly particular, and to be honest, somewhat difficult of customers. We were not satisfied with the initial product on the roman shades, as it did not meet our expectations. To be honest, this is not a reflection of quality of The Shade Store products, but rather an oversight on our part when placing the order. Debbie was incredible, she continued to work with us until we were satisfied and was a true pleasure and joy throughout the whole process. We ended up having The Shade Store replace the blinds, which they did at their full expense, and honestly, I would recommend working with Debbie and The Shade Store to anyone. She is such a gem, and we will definitely go back once we've saved enough money to do more rooms in our house!

  The service was excellent at The Shade Store, and Debbie even took the time to make sure the product was satisfactory after it was shipped to our house from the factory. My husband did the self installation of 4 shades with no problems, and the quality of the shades is wonderful. I also feel good about supporting fellow Americans who make this great USA manufactured product!
