  Don't waste your time with Salvation Army. I scheduled a pick up of furniture 3 weeks ago. They gave me a call the day before that they will come between 8:30 to 3:30. And the next day they didn't show up. I tried to call multiple times but no response. This is total irresponsibility towards other people's time when they want to contribute. I would not recommend this to anyone of my friends or neighbors
