  It was horrible,the staff very rude I waited an hour for highlights that SUE SAID IS IMPOSSIBLE TO DO. SHE LOOKED AT ME LIKE I WAS STUPID,I KNOW BETTER I HAVE BEEN DOING MY OWN HAIR TOR 30 YEARS ..THEN THE STAFF ALL GATHERED TOGETHER AND TOLD ME TO GO DO IT MYSELF THEN..!!!!! POOR POOR SERVICE..VERY SAD I EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT I DIDNT HAVE MUCH HAIR BECAUSE I JUST FINNISHED CHEMO FOR BREAST CANCER.WORST SERVICE EVER..AND SUE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ONE OF THE BEST..SHE IS LAZY AND RUDE..THATS MY OPINION ,I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO JCPENNEY'S SALOON.NEVER!!!!WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME.

  First time there. I went in for a trim. Angie was more then helpful on how i can get my hair looking healthy again. Was in and out before i knew it.

  They did good on my moms hair, but the lady with burgundy-navy hair and glasses burned my eyelids.(I got my eyebrows waxed) After complaining that I was flinching, you'd wonder why. Maybe that wax was too hot.

  Great place to get your hair and eyebrows done. The only problem is the can't keep there styles to stay. Go to the same one maybe 7 or 8 times if that, and they leave. They don't take care of there own. But other than that it's a nice place to go..
