  Jeo was super awesome, professional, friendly, helpful with fixing my phone! I didn't even know this place is here and I walk by here everyday. Side note: they have cute covers for your phones too. and the price was good

  I recently moved my entire life is in my cellphone I had an accident it dropped and broke my phone I Had no contacts no one that I knew in the city and felt hopeless I stopped someone on the road and asked them if they knew a phone repair place they directed me to the repair shop across the street from where I live l. I went in with the phone completely shattered I couldn’t not see anything the technician was very understanding and told me to calm down that everything was going to be ok and that it well be reliable he then told me only the screen display was damaged he told me it well take 15 minutes to repair my screen and well have it up and running again sure enough 15 minutes later my phone was looking like I took it out the box I recommend this place this technician is confident and very skillful.

  I dropped my iPhone 7 Plus in a sink full of water and when I pulled it out the phone would not power on I was recommended The Repair Shop on Austin St. When I went I was greeted politely by Jeovanny the technician. He took my phone and info so he could diagnose the phone. Within one hour he called and told me the problem and price it would cost to fix. I accepted his estimate and I was able to pick up my phone fully functional again guaranteed with warranty. The best part is I didn’t loose any precious pictures of my little one! Highly recommended!

  Giovanni, who is the new owner/manager and tech for this shop, has done great work for me: He's worked on one of my damaged cellphones, & a computer laptop with highly specialized issues. He's been at this for more than a decade since I first meet him & this is where I first acquired these customer service experiences with him. I'd recommend this shop based on his level of experience, drive/passion for his work, energy level, commitment to his business, and mission statement. He truly is a professional at the trade and now with "The Repair Shop" under his new care and management, I have higher expectations for it than the current 4 star ratings it now has. I expect to see 5's across the board and although he's in a competitive market for cellphone and tech repair, (especially New York metro Hub) He is a wise first choice (special task force) provider in this service arena. Happy Belated New Years New York.
