::The only skills you need to get a job to work for this facility is to be able to sit in a chair for 8 hours. The staff here are garbage and have never been able to address my myriad concerns. Basically unless your question is "where is the manager" or "where is an adult that can address my problem" you're not going to get an answer from anyone about anything.

::DO NOT MOVE HERE. If i could give this place negative stars, i would. Security here is non existent, my roommates car got stolen from inside the lot and management did nothing. My neighbors bike got stolen. This entire neighborhood is a joke. The shuttle to campus is always full and always late. They make you buy a meal plan. I worked in the kitchen which was disgusting and the food is awful. The managment is incredibly disrespectful and intrusive, there is no boundry for privacy. They will come into your apartment basically every other week to "check the a/c" or "check the locks" but they are really just looking for an excuse to fine you and make more money. The maintenance is far beyond unreliable, my blinds and bathroom lock have been broken for over 5 months. This place should be torn down and the tenants should be refunded. DO NOT MOVE HERE. You will regret it within the first 30 days. If the management reads this, i hope you all go bankrupt and lose your jobs.

::If you need a place to go, and don't know Denver very well because you're new to the area, and all of the other student housing is filled, then sure, this works. For student housing, it fits the bill. The amenities are sub-par. The gym is overcrowded, and too small for the facility, with little to no machines, in a cramped space. The pool is similarly small. The maintenance team at the beginning of my lease had some problems, but eventually got better. There were holes in the walls, paint chipping, rust, and a significant layer of dust underneath the hvac unit when I moved in. Not to mention that the handles on the cabinets of the bathroom were missing. Whenever we had problems, we would send an email to management, who would respond with short answers, that didn't fully acknowledge our problems, so it would involve a lot of back and forth. They had a tendency to be very unprofessional and immature in their responses as well. The units are overpriced. Two people shared a small studio apartment with no kitchen for $525 a month (per person). Add the smallest meal plan to that, which is only in effect during the school year, so if you stay during the summer expect a lot of microwaveable foods. Total came out to about $690 a month, for a small studio. Lots of other student housing offers better prices. The cafeteria and convenience store is only operational when school is in session, so if you're home during the summer or holidays, you're out of luck. Not to mention that the hours are very inconvenient if you're working while attending school. The times listed on the website for their cafeteria and convenience store don't reflect what's on the website. Overall, if you're out of options, like I was, then this works for a year or so until you get to know the Denver area and find the limitless better possibilities. You're just not going to enjoy the year that you do stay here.

::A meal plan they force you to pay for at the start of the semester and removed the 'Pay as you Go' plan. THEN after paying the about $5 a meal (which is already overpriced) they have nights where they serve dishes that cost you up to another $6 on top of the point with almost nothing served at the other stations to give incentive to pay the extra money. Not to mention some of the floors constantly smell of marijuana. Overpriced, strict, and not worth the time. Don't get yourself locked into a lease that you suddenly won't be able to afford because of their price demands.

::Honestly this place has been nothing but a pain in the ass! The managers completely don't care about your experience, and only care about making money any way they can! During my time here the pipes in the Villas burst and the power went out in entire complex and they were completely unhelpful and rude. After many compliments they shut down their phones because they didnt want to hear from anyone and this was only one night. There has been plenty more issues. If you are looking at rooming here..... Please for the love of God don't come here!!!!
