  They were quick!!! We didn't have much time when the appraiser actually came to our house (the same day we called in actually.) They were in and out measuring the house with lasers things and sketching a floor plan on a tablet while taking pictures at the same time. They came in the same day and the appraisal took less than 10 minutes, plus our house was worth FIFTEEN PERCENT more than we thought!!
