  Quick response time on emergency repairs, great communication, friendly and professional staff. Shout out to Cherish in particular, she's very helpful and always friendly, even when I sometimes bombard the office with calls and emails.

  I am a new tenant with this company. They are clear that their primary responsibility is to the property owners. Communication is somewhat diminished after move-in/ lease signing. Maintenance is OK, the cleanliness of my unit was not up to my standards so I've had to spend quite a bit of time/effort cleaning and money on pest control. That said, the price is right and as far as I can tell, these are as respectful/ respectable as most property managers.

  Had my application in first for a home on a Saturday. Went in on Monday to pay the application fees and they already accepted another application on the house even though mine was first. Very unprofessional

  I rented from The Property Group for a year and a half, was never late on my rent...never called to have anything fixed. I had the property professionally cleaned and touched up on move-out then was charged $480 for repairs of things that were exactly how the home was given to me, cleaning (which I have receipts for), and landscaping which I did myself the day I left the keys for the management company. I left the property much cleaner than when I rented it especially the oven which couldn't even be turned on without the smoke alarms going off when I moved in. I am extremely upset and would urge no one to use this company...there are much more honest property management companies in town.

  This group doesn't communicate well. They gave our landlord all of our deposit after he went into foreclosure helping to perpetrate the continuing fraud that was put on us. -5 stars if I could. (Yah! Get a lawyer! They know it won't happen how about the DA?)
