  Matt and Bob went out of their way to give the best possible option for a bike fix, got it done ahead of schedule and went the extra mile to make sure my bike was even better than expected at pickup. They were very knowledgable, very friendly, with professional work done at a good rate. I'd recommend this shop to anyone for bike repair or sale.

  One of the best bike shops I've been to in Seattle! As a lady cyclist, it's very refreshing to visit a bike shop where the mechanics are comfortable talking to you and not condescending. I felt really at ease going there and asking questions--a quality I wish was more common in all bicycle shops. They did great work on my bike! I'd logged 4,000 miles and it was in desperate need of some love.

  I had a great experience working with Matt to design a custom bike - he went above and beyond to make sure everything came out right. The attention to detail was awesome. When my rack and fenders weren't mounting correctly, Matt custom fabricated new parts to make them work. After that, Matt helped me get together parts for a wacky project (a rebuild of a 34cm kid's road bike with high end components and new custom wheels). Again, I was super impressed.
