  I normally go with the old saying "if you have nothing nice to say don't say it at all" but I really want to warn folks about this man. When I called him I asked if he wanted to see my house before moving my baby grand piano--he said quote "I have been in the business for about 30 years I know all houses to see yours would just be more time consuming than its worth." I believed him. However when he arrived and finally saw my house he had an MAJOR attitude from the start--complaining about the stairs the design everything. Then I realized after he said "this is a bigger job than I thought" four times that he wanted more money--yep I was correct ! He wanted fifty more dollars. The bottom line I told him to leave. Four men brought the piano into my house--he only brought one other man--please don't waste your time with him please--I have never seen customer service like this. And the funny thing is--I was going to give him a sixty dollar tip--so more money wasn't the issue--his attitude was..

  Had The Piano Movers deliver a piano to my house. They were the best. Very professional, on time and stayed in contact with me the whole time to let us know where they were and when they would arrive. Overall great experience and very reasonable. Also, used them to come back to tune the piano. Again great experience, professional and honest.
