  Storefront changed into a Metro PCS but it's still the same great 'Phone Guys'! Went to them off a recommendation from friends, excellent service and selection.

  Worst service ever !!!! This guys signed my brother up for a payment plan for a phone and charged him 50$ as down payment that were not deducted from the original amount, when we went back to see where those 50$ had gone he started getting attitude and being hostile towards us. The he started saying he should of never done anything for "free" when he charged us a 20$ service charge. He kept cutting me off as I talked and the attitude got worse every time . Horrible customer service he needs to check his attitude !

  Got a free phone when I switched my phone number to MetroPCS, only took 15 minutes and walked out of the store with a brand new phone and service.
