  I've been here a bunch of times and never had an issue. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Each time I've been, they have plenty of food on the shelves. I don't know about cat food/treats, but they always have plenty of options for dog items.

  Stay away from this location. They will not have what you need to get. They were out of dog shampoo. They were out of pet beds. They are always out of dog food! Especially dog food!! These were on separate visits. The staff and the owners don't care about the customer that comes in. So I have to go the the Warner and Cooper location. Which is a hassle because its further away from my house, BUT they always have stock on hand for us no matter what it is!

  10:15am Sunday. Doors are locked and no sign of any employees. Several cars have already left

  I bought a dog bed today and while walking to my car noticed it had a large hole in the seam. Walked back inside and let the assistant manager, Tony know. She rudely told me that they do not refund on beds. I informed her I just needed to exchange it for a bed without a hole. After she huffed at me like an irritated teenager she waved her hand at the bed isle and said fine exchange it for one. Found a bed as close to the same price (off by 1.08) and size I need as possible. She had a fit over that. Said her manager would not allow her to refund any money. I suggested she call her boss, which she did. She spoke with the boss while acting like she wasn't a day over 16 and angry at the world. Surprise surprise she was given the green light to refund me my 1 dollar...I understand no refunds, I really do. But if I have to inspect your items like I am shopping at a second hand shop then price them accordingly. Also, I don't have to shop here. There are many other options. Your other two employees are kind and helpful...Tony's lack of tact is going to cost your company business.

  Over the years the staff here has gone from extremely knowledgeable to not knowing the difference between freeze dried raw and kibble. Being in a hurry, I said thank you and excused myself as I didn't have time or the inclination to argue the point. The girls yelled have a nice day as I went through the door. I drove all the way back to Knowledgeable, and excellent customer service, Bark Avenue. Worth being late. One star for fake 5 star reviews.
