  We loved this location because of the warm reception, wonderful breakfast, and proximity to our meetings. The front desk was very friendly and helpful, directing us to local restaurants with excellent, reasonably priced meals.

  Great location. Unfortunate circumstances. The water was turned off at the hotel overnight that I learned from a note after I checked in. The manager promised that water would be restored by 6A. At 7:30, no water. Led to a very stressful day. I would not have stayed at the Peninsula if I had known there was a chance that water would not be turned on. Be wary of management promises.

  Rooftop lounge is nice and a rarity in Midtown. They have a smoking section and sell premium cigars. Biggest issue is the wait. The lounge is small and fills up fast. Wait can easily be 1-2 hours, as they do not combine groups to utilize all the seats available.

  This is a beautiful Hotel located right in the heart of Manhattan. It is a lovely building looks fantastic from outside and is beautiful on the inside too. The staff are very friendly helpful and attentive. Who at my shorts day I didn’t have one moan or complain, I would recommend this hotel to any family and friends. I look forward to returning to the Peninsula Hotel New York very soon thank you so much.

  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... This is a beautiful Hotel located right in the heart of Manhattan. It is a lovely building looks fantastic from outside and is beautiful on the inside too. The staff are very friendly helpful and attentive.
