  What a wonderful location, great patio and wonderful friendly greeting. Even though we arrived early our hostess met us with a smile, a glass of wine and small snack. Awesome.. Our tour from the manager was great.. The room was good... bath very small.. Bed and linens nice. Clean; The DOVES OUTSIDE OUR WINDOWS WERE SO LOUD WE COULD HARDLY SLEEP Breakfast was NOT... one piece of raisin toast left and one cold danish........OK we have stayed in many many BB and this was not typical and certainly NOT for the price! So disappointing as our stay began so well!

  Nice Atmosphere I was in Austin with my girlfriend for a conference and we decided to stay an extra day to see the town. We couldn't get the discounted room rate at the hotel where the conference was held so we decided to stay at the Pearl. It's a quaint older home that has been renovated. It is more of a self service type of bed and breakfast which was fine with us. It's a short walk to the University of Texas campus and longer to downtown. Since you are near the University of Texas campus there are ample restaurants nearby. (I should mention we did not have a car and walked everywhere). Breakfast was continental and basic. We stayed in the Oxford room and were quite happy with the accommodations for the price. Overall very pleased with our stay.

  Comfortable, charming, accommodating. A joy to wake up in this cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend it! The staff is very nice and informative.

  Our stay was absolutely perfect! We didn't want to leave the room; it was so cozy! However, my credit card was charged A MONTH AND A HALF after our stay with no notice whatsoever from management. I tried calling and emailing but have heard nothing. I'm extremely disappointed to have had this happen after such a wonderful stay.

  This bed and breakfast is wonderful! Very clean and very cool. Lots of interesting artifacts decorating the place. Would def stay here again!
