  Looks like a nice property. Note to anyone applying, even if you have perfect rental history and make the necessary income make sure your Experian bureau report is clean. I was denied purely based on credit which was a disappointment to me and my family. They did not check with my previous apartment manager or ask for income verification at all. I ended up getting approved at Vantage Apartments at Brooks City Base the very next day. Leaving a two star for misinformation. I was told we would receive our $150 admin fee back by check in 2 weeks and we're still waiting for that. One rep says 2 weeks, another says 30 days. Its now been over 30 days, no check and they charged a total of $225. We left a voicemail with them and it was never returned. Will be contacting the BBB next.

  I just moved in 20 days ago... I absolutely love my apartment. this place is amazing. Quiet, Clean and spacious. The management staff is courteous and professional and I felt I got a great deal on the place. Is it bad that I don't want anyone else to find out about this place? lol. never mind what I said, this place is terrible. Stay away! :-)
