::An experience that you CANNOT get anywhere else. 5 courses of culinary excellence absolutely amazing and you can order additional courses too. All dishes paired with wine or cocktails.

::The chicken terrine, shaved ham & cheese board appetizers were all great. Our main courses were just okay. The "steak for 2" did not have much flavor. The pizza was great but the 2 homeade pasta dishes we ordered were undercooked, although they did have yummy sauces. I definitely wasn't impressed by any of the 3 desserts we ordered but I've heard they can be hit or miss depending on the day. Service was really good but I did have to send my first glass of champagne back because it was given to me at room temp.

::Both The Pass & Provisions are excellent restaurants I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. The Pass is expensive, but if you're looking to wow your SO you will not be disappointed. Provisions has some of the best slow-cooked meat around and is much more affordable.

::Wonderful food, quiet setting, great service! The flavors are a little bold, but I love that! I enjoyed the different flavors the chef Incorporated in the meal. I had the cauliflower soup which had a curry touch to it. I also had the halibut! Small portion but very delicious! I would go back just for the halibut! Must try but for lunch it was a bit pricey

::What an experience! From them printing out special menus with "Happy Anniversary" on the top to giving us a table right by the kitchen so we could watch the show, the staff was so considerate and worked very hard to make our anniversary dinner special. The sous chef Michael came out and visited with us, and our server Nick was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. The manager came and talked to us, and even the person whose job it was to change out the silverware was personable and knowledgeable. We like to cook and experiment, and do one meal a year (on Christmas Eve) in which we try to be in the same universe as what The Pass does every night... We definitely don't get anywhere close, but we had so many questions about what they did and how they did it so that we could learn, and they didn't mind! I'm sure that we can be a nightmare sometimes with all of our questions, but they were terrific - patient and completely willing to discuss the ins and outs of the menu. And the food, the pairings, and the presentation were amazing. It was just a wonderful experience all around. Thank you everyone! We will definitely be back!
