    My son has been getting treatment for his braces at this clinic and the only reason we continue to go it’s because there is not an option as this doctor was the one that placed the braces. We came here because it was pretty much only option on The insurance that we had. I recommend to anyone to just go look for another orthodontist and clinic. Memphis has so many other great orthodontist and healthcare providers. The staff here is terrible ! Everyone is very rude on every single visit. Phone lines are never answered and have to be emailing to just check on next upcoming appointment to get a reply. Costumer service is one kind of the worst that I have ever experienced. The dental work is poor, they pass my son fast and he comes out fast , his brakes constantly falls off and cables pop and not the reason isn’t the lacy of care. I paid for most of his treatment as we started and the doctor threatened with discontinued services because a bracket was usually lost , although we could just paid the $50 per bracket that they were asking, she stated that we would just loose all the money paid to them . Just go to another dental health provide this location and orthodontist just aren’t worth the hassle.

    Been taking our son here since the beginning of the braces process.. from the waiting room, to front desk staff, to the patient waiting area and the actual Orthodontist, we haven’t had any problems with appointments/ setting or reschedule of appointments. Our son loves his braces and it has boosted his self esteem because now he smiles more.

    My daughter is a patient at this orthodontist clinic and they are very unprofessional because she has not had her braces tighten since the beginning of July and it is now the end September of 2020. When I called I was told they do not have any appointment available until November, so I asked to speak to the doctor, and the secretary tells me she is busy with a patient and will give me a call back but nobody called back. I hate I decided to invest my money at this orthodontist clinic because they want their money but do not want to provide the services that the patient need.

    I only went here because I was referred by insurance but wish I would have paid out of pocket at the same place my son went because you can never and I mean never get anyone on the phone. The answering service picks up. I even left an emergency message but no-one still called back at all. This has happened on more than one occasion. I had to drive over there just to get an answer. I have one other daughter who need braces but will not go there.

    Before actually visiting this clinic, I was referred by a family member, so I expected a pleasant experience. Upon my initial visit, I was immediately turned off by the lack of privacy. The office is one large room with short dividing walls to separate patients. However, the dentist was very amicable and seemed to be very knowledgeable, so I decided to stay. I was advised that the representative who handles financial matters was in a meeting at the time of my visit and that I would get a call the following day to find out how much the procedure would cost. I waited the next day and received no call. The following week I initiated the call and was put on an extensive hold. Finally, I was promised another call. Since then I have called twice, been promised return calls several times; and I still have not received the information I requested. I was very disappointed in my experience, and I am now looking for someone else to install my braces. If I am neglected before even becoming a customer, I don't even want to know what would happen after they have already received payment for their service. Customer service and support is everything to me, and they were very short of accommodating and supportive.
