  I've been here many times. They're usually pretty good. This last time they completely forgot my meal though. Which was a first. They've remodeled the bathrooms which is great. Restaurant style and food quality are always 👌

  The food was great and the service even better. We were a party of 11 and it went very smooth and timely. They were very patient with us because we were the last ones there! Recommend it highly

  Clearly a popular spot in Sacramento on a Saturday night. They were very busy and told us there would be a 30 minute wait for our party of 4. They texted me in about half that time and our table was ready. Usual Spaghetti Factory- good service and delicious food at an excellent bargain.

  Had a wonderful time with friends while enjoying dinner. The service was great, very attentive and constantly checking on us for any requests. People in that area are Yuppies and snobby, so some looked at our kids as if they never seen children in a restaurant before. They weren't being obnoxious or anything, just being kids acting their age. Very good food! I ordered a Spicy Vesuvius, Root Beer and ice cream for dessert. We all had a great time there.

  Our waiter gave us less than stellar service. He was down right rude a couple of times, but it is amazing how great food makes you forget things like that. Everyone else we had dealt with from the hostess to the manager that took over our table from our server was super friendly and attentive, so on the whole it was a generally good experience. I will definitely be going back, I just hope that server we get next time is having a better day.
