::Fun family atmosphere. Can accommodate large crowds. Foods good. One of the only places to eat out at that both girls like.

::Haven’t been in quite a while. Been twice in the last month. First time, service was poor and the manager comped the appetizer. Next time, server was very attentive. Both times food was excellent. Still giving 5 stars until I’m disappointed more than one server who doesn’t know customer service.

::Awesome! Great food, great atmosphere, great service! The interior has many historical photo and decor. There is also a tram inside the dining area; quite romantic. I enjoyed their lunch menu where I have a choice of lunch size or dinner size. The price is quite reasonable. Highly recommend for an event, casual dining or even lunching alone. There are few vegetarian options.

::Spaghetti Factory is kind of a baseline homey place to go for special occasions. Especially on a Friday evening, you should expect a wait for seating. They quoted us an hour, but it took less than forty minutes. I spent the time waiting in the bar which I found to be well stocked, and not too expensive with well-drinks at around $6 each. Service (in the bar) wasn't speedy, but it was obvious they were making drinks for the dining room. Speaking for myself, everything on the menu is good, nothing on the menu is great. Tonight, our server was all about 'make sure there's enough'. We ordered four salads, he brought us five. We ordered four ice creams, he brought us six. Still a good birthday experience for my daughter (she had the cheesecake with strawberry sauce for dessert and loved it). I certainly can't complain about the fact that we had six people, no one left hungry, and there were two 'premium' desserts all for just barely over a Ben Franklin before tip.

::Decent food at a decent price, I guess. I was hoping for a slightly larger lasagna though. Service was good, if perhaps a bit slow. The worst part was having half our party choose their daily special and having them be out of it. At 6pm. On a Monday. Why would you even have a special that you run out of that quickly? Perhaps other locations are more prepared to serve people what they want for the whole dinner service.
