  Staff were rude, unhelpful, and apathetic. After jumping through hoops that no other bank imposed, a teller and manager suggested that I might be trying to commit fraud with a check that I was *trying to deposit into my account* there after I wrote "for deposit only" on the endorsement in front of said tellers.

  This financial institution charges fees for using a debit PIN number over 5 times. This is utterly ridiculous. They justify it. I spoke with a very rude and condescending individual named Jane who refused to refund this egregious 3 dollar petty fee for using my debit card. This financial institution needs upgraded policies. Who has the time to keep up with how many times a pin is used for a debit transaction?

  The young ladies that work here are so disrespectful. Absolutely horrible, I plan to find another bank. The young lady yelled at me and cursed at me. Every time I go to this Credit Union 30th Community College they all have attitudes. No one speaks when you come in. The only person that greets me is the security guard at the door. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!

  I have frequented rhis credit union many times. It is a shared branch that i use. The staff is impatient and rude. They will not go above to assist customers neither do they smile or have a friendly supportive attitude. This is not a place to do business for me again

  Stay away from this credit union. I just discovered that I have been charged late fees for 7 payments. Every payment that I've ever sent has been mailed well before the due date and the post marks would prove it. Unfortunately, I don't have the envelopes. I will be refinancing my car someplace else, and I will never do business with the Ohio Educational Credit Union again. They are a dishonest business. Take my advice, don't obtain an auto loan here. Very disappointing. Read through the reviews from other people too. It appears that I'm not alone and they steal from several people by charging unwarranted late and overdraft fees.
