  Called this office regarding a deceased relative and spoke with a very rude and inconsiderate person named Virginia from the public administrator office. Didn't know any of my family history but assumed she did until I let her know that everyone she assumed was alive was actually deceased. She said, "how am I supposed to know that?" I responded by saying it was public record to which she retorted that she didn't have time to look into that. What a genuine piece of trash!
