  Love Northface but disappointed that winter jackets are not cheaper especially at this time of year.

  I ordered an item online for pickup at this store and the email informed I'd receive an email when my order was ready for pickup. I never received any communication from them for over a week after my order was delivered to the store. I decided to call the store and the guy who answered was rude and cut me off. He pretty much sounded like he was annoyed with me and never apologized when I told him I never received their email. Worst service ever. I'll never shop at this store or online ever again.

  A good collection and decently organized store, might find it a little packed at times.They have great sales time to time. Staff is amazing, provide great assistance and they have the expertise to help you on your outdoor activities. Location is great.
