The eggplant that comes as a side with the dinners is fantastic. Thin and crisp and fresh with a bright sauce. I had a hot Italian beef sandwich and it was delicious as well. It would have to be to pull me away from the eggplant. They have a good draft selection too.

Writing this review as I’m currently sitting at the restaurant. It’s been a good 30 min and NO food! If I come back I will be getting a to-go order... when the food finally came it was pretty good!

They call it "The Supreme"! It's loaded with pepperoni, genoa salami, capacola, chopped ham, provolone (2 layers), lettuce, tomato and Italian dressing. Super fresh and tasty Italian bread with the Italian dressing adding a nice taste of herbs and a bite of vinegar. The fried egg plant and marinara was perfect. I did not leave hungry and I will be back!

I had not been to this Italian restaurant since I was a kid but a friend decided to have her birthday dinner here. The portions are large, prices were great, drinks are inexpensive with a large full bar and outdoor seating. It's a real, local owned, Italian restaurant which was a great experience for a party of 15. I had chicken parm with pasta which was cooked will with a nice flavor. It was large enough I had left overs for lunch the next day. The garlic cheese bread was also good and came out fast for an appetizer.

Used to be LaSalles Deli. Was my absolute favorite place for lunch when I worked at Folgers. But this was years ago. Now it's The North End. And I'd definitely recommend this place. Great prices. Fairly quick. Really good food. My only complaint was the meatballs on my sub weren't very warm at all. But the cheese on top was melted. That tells me they had been ready for a bit before I got it at the table. I did only see 2 waitresses and the place was pretty full so I'm not going to count off too much for that. They were all working hard.
