  Great place to work. I don’t bank here but had a temporary job in the lockbox department. The hours were brutal but the employees were amazing. Thanks for a great couple of weeks!

  I have been banking with NBI for over 20 years now. The staff is friendly and willing to help. I have worked with NBI on multiple loans over the years and the process has been smooth and easy.

  good job. two stars. customer service lack. i need a 1099 sent to a new address because i have moved out of state. was made to feel confident that That Will Happen, and then weeks later still no 1099-INT. and this account is hardly gaining any capital after all these years. good job. keep up the babylonian good times
