  Not my usual branch but I stopped in and all the employees went above and beyond to help me right before closing. Wonderful bank, always bank Local!

  Tried to park in the lot where no one was located. Wasnt impeding anyone, not even close, the manager ran out and told me not to park here and he would call someone if I didnt immediately move! Mind you I was trying to use the restroom next door as Im a laborer and work outside! I only have a short time to take a break, he wouldnt even let me run in for literally 90 seconds... Very rude person, not sure if he was having a bad day or what.. Will never give this place my business as it appears they have zero compassion for the little guys! Im sure if I were in a nice car and looked like I had $$$ it wouldnt be an issue.... Smh Update. He called my boss even before he talked to me, so yeah I didn't even have a chance to move.   Rich the manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. Switched to Chase Bank, better technology and much better customer service.

  We do all of our banking with the NBofI. Rich, the manger, is a good friend and does an excellent job.
