For the price it's not bad. - Neighbors are great, my studio apt was fine. Everything worked as expected. Some people claimed their AC wasn't enough in bigger units, but sounds like they were being taken care of in some way or another. - Didn't affect my unit. AC did have a funky smell sometimes and drains were clogged a lot.
