  The food was awesome... The techified ordering process makes for a cumbersome user experience. The Italian was the BEST one of all that we tried! Yum!

  I was with my daughter once & she ordered a burger. Unfortunately it had jalapenos (which they're stuffed with cheese & jalapenos). I can't eat them but took a nibble of burger w/o said jalapenos & it was a very good burger. Being a Native San Franciscan, Ive tried many "burger joints" & have to say it was far better than anything in the area (Popsons, Super Duper). I ordered a kids burger but should have gotten cheese (don't normally get cheese) so it wasn't as good & greasy as daughters. Im going back tomorrow & hoping I can get one w/o jalapenos. My only "complaint" is the brand of sodas they carry. They're natural & the black cherry is absolutely delicious. My only issue is I haven't seen that brand sold in stores. I dont remember what other flavors they had but that black cherry is devine & I wish I could get some instore. Well, here's hoping I can get a burger w/o jalapenos 😀

  Food was amazing, my friends and I were all more than satisfied with our meal. But I sadly can not give them a 5 star rating do to their dining tables. It appeared as though the staff had not even attempted to wipe crumbs and minor spills off the table after the last party held left. I can understand that some restaurants are not always fully staffed on a Saturday night. What I do put to blame in the restaurant manager was the decision to leave the doors open rather than keeping them shut. The closest set of indoor tables to the door is no more than 5 feet away from the open street, and through out entire meal my group of friends and I could smell weed blowing in from the sidewalk outside. When I asked the manager if there was anything he could do about it, he told me they were understaffed and couldn't open up the upper level seating. I completely understand where he is coming from, but I find it rediculous that after hearing a complaint from customers, he made absolutely no effort to accommodate them in any way. Next time I visit the melt, I will be ordering to go.

  I love burgers... All kinds of burgers. Unfortunately this was mediocre and quite expensive for what you get. It's greasy, fatty and somehow bland. I wouldn't suggest stopping here. Your in SF! Just walk a block and you'll find something better the same price or cheaper.

  I had a great burger here with my gf on Saturday for Chinese new year. But first i gobbled down my rootbeer float..that was delicious. And the prices were descent unlike so many other places downtown. I liked that i was able to relax for a minute...the streets were wild. Great place overall very friendly. We look forward to it again..soon.
